YarnFest in Nowa Nowa for 2019
Today Nowa Nowa town hall hosted the first YarnFest! What is YarnFest? YarnFest is a play on words, meaning it is both a ball of wool and story.
The day went without a hitch, with sheep shearing demonstrations and educational workshops on how to spin wool and tie die.
There was also bush poetry read out and music throughout the day.
With such a great turnout, it will be sure to be back in 2020.
