The Nowa Nowa Gorge lookout has breathe-taking views of the gorge below and is only a short walk from the parking area opposite to the sawmill.
For those that are a bit more adventurous, if you can get to the bottom of the gorge there is a beautiful swimming hole that usually has a few water dragons swimming around on the hot days.
The Nowa Nowa Gorge is a 350 million year old Devonian rock formation and is known to be a place where rare gemstones and minerals can be found.
